(clean, distclean, maintainer-clean): Depend on mostlyclean. (SOURCES): Remove non-existent files. (mostlyclean, clean, distclean, maintainer-clean, unlock, relock): Mark as phony. (.ps files): Specify default papersize in the dvips command.
