(LINK_FLAGS): Use SUBSYSTEM.
(OBJ1): Remove lastfile.obj.
(LIBS, TEMACS): Use TLASTLIB.
(LIBS) [NTGUI]: Use TLIBW32 and GUI libs.
(EMACS): Remove Win95 conditional.
(clean): Remove paths.h.
