(utf-16-be): Make it an alias of utf-16be-with-signature. (utf-16-le): Make it an alias of utf-16be-with-signature. (utf-16-be-with-signature, utf-16-le-with-signature): Remove these coding system aliases.

This directory contains the source code for the X11R2 XMenu library.

As of Release 2 of the X Window System, Version 11 from MIT, the XMenu
library no longer supported.  It is not used in any software supplied 
by MIT and its use is not encouraged.
