(choose-completion-delete-max-match): Renamed from
mouse-completion-delete-max-match and moved here.
(choose-completion-string): New function.
(choose-completion): New command.
(completion-list-mode-map): Add binding for choose-completion.
(completion-setup-function): Mention RET.
