(find-file-noselect): If file's read-only status has changed on disk, ask if buffer's read-only status should be changed, unless NOWARN is set.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ../arch-lib.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by Emacs.
