parameter that supresses lines that evaluate to NIL.

picking apart formats that may be lists.

may be functions.
(orgtbl-eval-str): New inline function for strings that may be
functions.
(orgtbl-format-line, orgtbl-to-generic): Use and document.
(orgtbl-to-latex, orgtbl-to-texinfo): Document.

multiple destinations for each table.
