Make this the leim Makefile.in. (clean): Also remove $NON-TIT and $WORLD. (RUN-EMACS): Set EMACSLOADPATH.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ../arch-lib.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by Emacs.
