Fix various suspend-related bugs in emacsclient. (Report & patch by Dan Nicolaescu.)
* lib-src/emacsclient.c (in, out): Remove.
(s): New variable (moved out from main).
(handle_sigcont, handle_sigtstp): Use SEND_STRING.
(main): Fix typos.
