(bibtex-init-sort-entry-class-alist): New fun. (bibtex-sort-buffer, bibtex-prepare-new-entry): Call it to compute bibtex-init-sort-entry-class-alist from the buffer-local value (if any) of bibtex-init-sort-entry-class.
