(info-real): Don't ignore errors from doc Makefiles. (info): Don't give an error in the absence of makeinfo - let the doc Makefiles do that, if the info files need rebuilding. (Bug#3982)

This directory contains files intended to test various aspects of
Emacs's functionality.  Please help add tests!
