(SMBP): Deleted. All uses changed to STRING_MULTIBYTE. (STRING_SET_UNIBYTE): New macro. (SET_STRING_BYTES): Deleted. Callers (all of which supplied a length of -1) changed to use STRING_SET_UNIBYTE.
