(elisp): Don't try to make makeinfo.
Run makeinfo without specifying a directory.
(srcs): Add nonascii.texi, customize.texi and advice.texi.
(dist): Start by deleting `temp'.
(makeinfo, texindex): Targets deleted.
(makeinfo.o, texindex.o): Targets deleted.
(clean, dist): Don't do anything with them or with getopt*.
(SHELL): Defined.
(elisp.tps): New target.
(elisp.dvi): Depend on elisp.tps.
