* json.el (json-read-number): New arg. Handle explicitly signed numbers. (json-readtable): Add `+' and `.'.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
