Add patches from Eli Tziperman <[e-mail]>, and John Paul Wallington <[e-mail]> Avoid loading CL at runtime. (vm-use-spam-filter.el, spam-filter-working-with-vm): Add support for use by VM. (rmail-spam-filter-min-region-length-added-to-spam-list): New variable. (rmail-spam-filter): Do not assume the message is narrowed, do it explicitly using the rmail message descriptor; use `rmail-output' instead of `rmail-output-to-rmail-file'; take into account the state of the `rmail-delete-after-output' variable. (rmail-spam-filter-add-region-to-spam-list, spam-filter-bbdb-dont-create-entries-for-deleted-messages): Rewrite.
