(Specified Dates): Fix names of iso functions.
(General Calendar): There may not be another window.
(Writing Calendar Files, Holidays): Tweak intro.
(Holidays): Mention Baha'i and Chinese holidays.

(Lunar Phases): Remove incorrect reference to calendar-time-zone.
