* vc-cvs.el (vc-cvs-dir-extra-headers): Add tag name to header. * vc-dir.el (vc-dir-headers): Order headers as in PCL-CVS.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
