(sgml-empty-tags): New var.
(sgml-tag): Use it. Cleanup with `cond'.
(sgml-tags-invisible): Make sgml-tags-invisible buffer-local.
Mark the overlays and only delete those that are marked.
(sgml-skip-close-p): Remove.
(sgml-value): Replace sgml-skip-close-p with its definition.
(html-tag-alist): Use sgml-xml a bit more.
(html-mode): Set sgml-empty-tags.
