(math-possible-signs): Added checks to intervals. (math-pow-of-zero): Strengthen checks for positive and negative exponents.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by Emacs.
