(conf-ppd-mode-syntax-table): New var. (conf-ppd-mode): New conf-mode wrapper for printer descriptions. (conf-quote-normal): Allow normalizing only ' or ". (conf-mode): Regexp-quote constructed comment-start and don't match section {} where "name" contains braces.
