* progmodes/etags.el (tag-exact-file-name-match-p) (tag-file-name-match-p, tag-partial-file-name-match-p): Use a simpler regexp.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ../arch-lib.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by Emacs.
