(xbm_scan, xbm_load_image, xbm_read_bitmap_data)
(xbm_file_p): Add prototypes.
(xbm_format, xbm_image_p): Sync with xfns.c.
(reflect_byte): New function.
(xbm_read_bitmap_data): Sync with xfns.c, adapt for Windows.
(xbm_load_image): Create bitmaps with a depth of 1.
(init_xfns): Enable XBM images.
