Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
(viper-file-checked-in-p): Call vc-state instead of vc-locking-user, which no longer exists.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ../arch-lib.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by Emacs.
