* textmodes/bibtex.el (bibtex-sort-entry-class): new entry
catch-all.
(bibtex-sort-ignore-string-entries): default value t.

(bibtex-string-files): Docstring reflects new parsing scheme.
(bibtex-autokey-transcriptions): Merge some rewrite entries, fix
