(inferior-emacs-lisp-mode): Define with `define-derived-mode'. Simplify. Reflow docstring. (inferior-emacs-lisp-mode-hook, inferior-emacs-lisp-mode-map): New aliases, to satisfy `define-derived-mode' expectations.
