* emacs-lisp/lisp-mode.el (emacs-lisp-mode, lisp-mode, lisp-interaction-mode): Add a blank line in the docstring before the keymap listing.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
