(EmacsView-windowDidBecomeKey:,-windowDidResignKey:): Don't change cursor type. In latter, call rehighlight instead of doing updates manually. (EmacsPrefsController-setPanelFromValues,-setValuesFromPanel): Use core emacs cursor types. * xdisp.c (draw_glyphs): Don't call notice_overwritten_cursor() under NS.
