	* m/sparc.h: Don't include <sys/param.h> here; that screws up the
	xmakefile.  Instead, include it in getloadavg.c, which is the only
	place that uses LOAD_AVE_CVT, which is the only reason
	<sys/param.h> was here in the first place.
