(Changes to cmuscheme): Mention the alternative for `~/.emacs_SCHEMEPROG'
which is `~/.emacs.d/init_SCHEMEPROG.scm'.
(Init file changes): Same for `~/.emacs_SHELL' versus
`~/.emacs.d/init_SHELL.sh'.
