(remove_properties): New arg LIST allows scanning
either a list or a plist.
(interval_has_some_properties_list): New function, like
interval_has_some_properties using list instead of plist.
All callers changed.
(Fremove_list_of_text_properties): New function.
(syms_of_textprop): Defsubr it.
