(rmail-ignored-headers): Merged several terms using
grouping, added simple "from " (without a colon), and several
other headers.
(rmail): Automatically convert BABYL files to mbox files.
(rmail-decode-babyl-format): Deleted, since conversion is handled
by unrmail.
