* Makefile.in (REGEXP_IN_LIBC): Remove reference to obsolete
variable.
* s/gnu-linux.h: Remove commented out code.
* unexec.c: Remove references to obsolete variable
COFF_ENCAPSULATE.
* Makefile.in: Update what RMS says about using autoconf.
