(ls-lisp-parse-symlink): Delete.
(ls-lisp-classify, ls-lisp-format): Delete call to ls-lisp-parse-symlink.
(ls-lisp-handle-switches): Handle symlinks to directories as directories
when ls-lisp-dirs-first in non-nil.
