`checkin/checkout' to `toggle read-only'.
(Getting Help): Replace `C-h c' with `C-h k'.
(Error Recovery): Replace `recover-file' with `recover-session'.
(Info): Replace key binding `C-h C-i' with `C-h S'. Add `t'.
