(init_iterator): Be more strict with bytepos and charspos.
(DOLIST, LOOP_PROPVAL): New macros.
(invisible_p, invisible_ellipsis_p): Use them.
(invisible_noellipsis_p): New function.
(syms_of_xdisp): Use empty_string.
