(gettimeofday, init_gettimeofday, daylight, gmtoffset): Undo previous change. (init_environment): No need to call tzset and init_gettimeofday, since `main' now does that for us. (gettimeofday): Ignore tzp; it's obsolescent. (init_gettimeofday): Invoke tzset first.
