changeset 16869:16ef2bd09de7

[hpux && HAVE_PSTAT_GETDYNAMIC]: Use HPUX's pstat_getdynamic so we don't need any special privileges to determine load averages. Patch from Kaveh Ghazi, based on a sample implementation from Richard J. Rauenzahn. Indent cpp-directives to reflect nesting.
