* fileio.c (ro_fsys) [SOLARIS_BROKEN_ACCESS]: Check for the filesystem being ro, since Solaris 2.1 doesn't. (file-writable-p): Call ro_fsys. * s/sol2.h (SOLARIS_BROKEN_ACCESS): Define this.
