(main_thread): Conditionalize on
FORWARD_SIGNAL_TO_MAIN_THREAD instead of HAVE_GTK_AND_PTHREAD.
(main) [FORWARD_SIGNAL_TO_MAIN_THREAD]: Initialize it.
