(eval-when-compile-load-eval, completion-eval-when)
(cmpl-read-time-eval, minibuffer-window-selected-p): Remove.
(completion-min-length, completion-max-length)
(completion-prefix-min-length): Don't hard-code the default value
when byte-compiling.
(complete): Inline minibuffer-window-selected-p.
