* os.texi (Startup Summary): vindex inhibit-startup-message and inhibit-splash-screen. (Command-Line Arguments): vindex argv. (Suspending Emacs): vindex suspend-tty-functions and resume-tty-functions. Don't want to index every hook, but having the programming ones is helpful.
