(sigmask) [POSIX_SIGNALS]: Always define our own
version that returns a sigset_t.
(sigpause) [POSIX_SIGNALS]: Unconditionally define in terms of
sigsuspend. Don't redefine SIGEMPTYMASK.
(sys_sigpause): Don't declare.
(temp_mask): Don't declare.
