Cleanup syssignal.h.
* src/syssignal.h (sighold, sigrelse, RETSIGTYPE): Remove, unused.
(main_thread): Move down to remove #ifdef.
(SIGMASKTYPE, SIGEMPTYMASK, SIGFULLMASK, sigmask, sigunblock):
Remove conditional definition following unconditional ones.
