(vc-status): Handle CVS.
(vc-find-cvs-master): New function.
(vc-master-templates): Add vc-find-cvs-master.
(vc-registered): Allow vc-master-templates to contain atoms, and
call them with dirname and basename as arguments.
(vc-mode-line): Use equal, not string-equal, to
compare the result of vc-locking-user.
