(mouse-sel-mode): Use define-minor-mode.
Fold mouse-sel-bindings into it.
(mouse-sel-bound-events): Turn it into an alist.
(mouse-insert-selection): Delegate to mouse-yank-at-click if
mouse-sel-default-bindings asks for it.
