* net/tramp.el (tramp-perl-file-attributes): Print "nil" when
lstat fails.
(tramp-do-file-attributes-with-ls): Check for file existence at
remote end.
(tramp-do-file-attributes-with-stat): Likewise.
(tramp-convert-file-attributes): Return nil when attr is nil.
