(ctext-no-compositions): New coding system.
(compount-text-no-extensions): Renamed from compound-text.
(x-ctext-no-extensions, ctext-no-extensions): Aliases for
compound-text-no-extensions.
(compound-text): Redefined using post-read and pre-write
conversions.
