Enable recentf-mode if using virtual buffers.
* ido.el (recentf-list): Declare for byte-compiler.
(ido-virtual-buffers): Move up to silence byte-compiler. Add docstring.
(ido-make-buffer-list): Simplify.
(ido-add-virtual-buffers-to-list): Simplify. Enable recentf-mode.
