Add some font-locking for Python 2.7.
* lisp/progmodes/python.el (python-font-lock-keywords): Add Python 2.7
builtins (BufferError, BytesWarning, WindowsError; callables
bin, bytearray, bytes, format, memoryview, next, print; __package__).
