Even/odd pages printing. Doc fix.
(ps-print-version): New version number (6.0).
(ps-setup, ps-print-page-p, ps-background-text, ps-background-image)
(ps-background, ps-begin-file, ps-begin-job): Code fix.
(ps-print-duplex-feature): Variable eliminated.
(ps-even-or-odd-pages): New variable.
