(metamail-mailer-name): New variable.
(metamail-environment): Add MM_QUIET.
(metamail-switches): Delete -m emacs.
(metamail-interpret-header, metamail-interpret-body): New functions.
(metamail-region, metamail-buffer): New arg VIEWMODE.
